DAVID MCLEOD
At DECODE, David performs a variety of functions, including moderation and facilitation, research design and analysis. David is an innovative marketer with over 16 years of international experience including stints in the US, Asia, Eastern Europe, Australia and Canada. David began his career in brand management at Quaker Oats and then went onto work with many of the leading consumer goods companies, such as Gillette, Kimberly-Clark, and Pepsi, helping them gain insights into their consumers as well as create, develop and execute innovative strategies. In addition to his entrepreneurial background, David is also a professional business coach, counselor, and facilitator. In his spare time, David facilitates workshops and mentors entrepreneurs, including the Toronto Youth Employment Services program. David holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business and an Honours Bachelor of Science (Human Kinetics) from the University of Guelph. David is also a recovering addict of the surfer lifestyle, the treatment for which necessitates his living in the world's slushiest city.
