Founded in 1994, Decode has built an international reputation for knowledge, strategy and innovation consulting work focused on younger generations. With over 500 projects and $30 million of accumulated knowledge about young people as consumers, employees and citizens we have a differentiated position in the market with hundreds of happy clients from the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.
After many successful years, our current President has decided to seek other opportunities so we are searching for a new President to take Decode’s strategic consulting and innovation services to the next level with fresh ideas and an entrepreneurial drive.
